To make the basic button shape
Let's start with a cylinder. Grab it from the right toolbar where the geo-
metric shapes are located and drag it to the workplane as shown in
Figure 8-9 .
When you click on geometries in Tinkercad, the Inspector pan-
el will appear. This will give you the option of changing the color
of your shape, changing the shape to a “hole” or locking the
transformation.

Scale the cylinder
Click on the cylinder on the workplane and scale the diameter to 16mm
by selecting the object and dragging a white corner handle. Figure 8-10
shows this.
Then, scale the cylinder's height to 3mm by moving the cursor to the top
handle (white box) on the shape to scale the height. See Figure 8-11 .
