Osmium tetroxide: 1% (w/v) in 0.1 M sodium phosphate (pH 7.2), supplied in 2%
water.

Ethanol: 30%, 50%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%, and 100% (v/v) and propylene oxide.

EMBed-812: in a dry plastic container, mix 13 mL EMBed-812, 8 mL DDSA,
and 7 mL NMA, at last add 1.5% DMP-30. Stir at low speed for 1-2 h to allow
complete mixing.
