SUMMARY
This chapter provides systematic methodology for assessing the functional aspects of
GPCR dimerization, through receptor transactivation, using the LHCGR as a model.
We have explored the in vitro and in vivo requirements for demonstrating LHCGR
transactivation and discussed the impact that receptor dimerization may have on our
understanding of GPCR biology.
