Open Notepad.

Create a new page with all necessary HTML tags and a one-row,
two-cell table:

Cells: 2
Width: 100%
Border: 0
Cellpadding: 18
Cellspacing: 0

Create a new folder in the
HTML Files
folder called
Advanced
Layout
.
4.
Save the file in the
Advanced Layout
folder with the file name
advlayout.html
.
5.
Title it
Advanced Layout

6.
Give both cells in the table a dark blue background color

).
7.
Make the first cell 10% wide, and the second cell 90% wide.
8.
Create a folder in the
Advanced Layout
