In the right-hand pane with the name of your Web site, double-
click the
public_html
folder,
html
folder, or the folder that
contains your Web pages on the server.
You should now see the contents of your Web site on the server:

To send
you
r Web pages to the Web server, highlight them, then
click the
button.
Tip:
If there are already pages on your Web server, the new
pages you send will replace the old versions with the same file
name.
