Enter login information. This is a new account for the iPad, not an exist-
ing account with your provider. (So even if you have an iPhone account,
the iPad is separate.) Type an email address and a new password.

Tap a plan to choose it (

Enter your credit card and billing information and tap Next.

Read the terms of service and tap Agree.

Review the payment summary and tap Done.
After a few minutes, a dialog appears informing you that your data
plan has been successfully activated.
Once 3G service is activated, you can access the Internet anywhere you
have cellular reception.
So, just how far will you get with 250 MB of data? As you might expect,
that depends on your use. Go to Settings > General > Usage. The Cellular
Network Data section tells you how much data you've used, how much
remains (if it's the 250 MB plan), and how many days are left in the bill-
ing period.
