Search on Server option at the bottom of the list to query the mail server
for more results.
Another limitation of Mail's built-in search is that you can only peer
into either all Inboxes or one active mailbox at a time. There's a better
way, however. Go to the Home screen and perform a Spotlight search instead
(Figure 4.20). You'll get results from every searchable app, but it's easy enough
to scroll down to the Mail messages, which are pulled from all mailboxes.

Other Text Correspondence
Email isn't the only method of corresponding on the iPad. I also use
AIM for iPad ( www.aim.com/products/ipad) to occasionally chat
with people who use AOL Instant Messenger or iChat on the Mac.
I also frequently keep up with Twitter using Twitterrific for iPad
(twitterrific.com/ipad). Several other Twitter clients are available,
too, so try them out and see which one is your favorite.
