With respect to the Medical-Surgical ojectives it is not easy to implant although
techniques have standardized over time. With respect to the Mechanical
Objectives it is not a simple device and metal to metal contact with resulting
micromotion and potential debris are possible.
With respect to the lessons of 7.5 this device produces motion restriction and
does not accommodate normal motion. Such restriction is expected to result, in
