7 Click OK to close the Layer Style dialog box. The style is applied to the tennis ball layer.
Reusing layer styles
You will now use the same style to create a shadow on the top of the tennis ball.
1 Select the mouth layer.
2 Choose Windows > Styles to open the Styles panel.
3 In the Styles panel, click and hold the panel menu that is located at the upper-right of the Styles menu
and select Small List. You can now see all the styles listed by name.
4 Scroll to the bottom of the list and choose the shadow style that you saved earlier. The same drop shad-
ow is applied to the upper part of the mouth.

5 Choose File > Save to save this file.
Grouping the layers
Now you will group the dog layers together. This will make it easier to reposition all the layers at once.
1 In the Layers panel, select the mouth layer, and then Ctrl/Command+click the tennis ball layer and the
ps0902.psd layer; all three layers are now selected.
2 Press Ctrl+G (Windows) or Command+G (Mac OS) to group these layers together in one folder.
3 Double-click the Group 1 name and type dog .
4 Switch to the Move tool ( ) and reposition the dog to be in the lower-left of the image; note that all the
other layers in the group move together.
