The difference between regular Fill and Content-Aware Fill is that the Content-Aware Fill is not an ex-
act replication of the content. When you use the Content-Aware Fill, the selected area automatically
fills with matching elements from the existing background.

The Patch tool (set to Content-Aware) is the best tool to make selective changes with large patches of
images. The Patch tool differs from a regular Fill, because you can designate the source of the content
for your replacement.

If your Content-Aware Move leaves pixel remnants of the original content, you should undo the last
step, and then expand your selection of the content. You can do this with Select > Modify > Expand, or
you can manually select outside the content. Then try the move again.
