The set of nine empirical studies provides an interesting range of tasks and guidance mecha-
nisms. These are summarized in Table 6.4, which also includes several papers that did not qualify
for inclusion in Table 6.3 but that broaden the set of tasks and guidance mechanisms.
Here are the significant findings of the nine empirical studies of deliberate decisional
guidance.
