a charge. Also, nearly everything in the second floor Create Zone is free to play but
offers a souvenir you can buy later, such as a recording or drawing. You may want to
keep this in mind if you're interested in keeping your costs down.
LILIANE Yawn, yawn, yawn. This place needs a serious redo. Quite
frankly forget about the redo; the space could be put to better use. And par-
ents with kids under age 3, don't even think about it.
Like all things Disney, admission to Disney-Quest is not cheap. A one-day ad-
mission is $48 for adults and $42 for kids ages 3-9 (prices include tax). Children un-
der age 10 must be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years and older. Kids
under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge, but strollers are not permitted inside
DisneyQuest (you can leave them at the coat check on the first floor). You can leave
and re-enter anytime you want on the day of your visit: Just make sure your wrist gets
stamped upon arrival. Premium Annual Passes include admission to DisneyQuest.
Believe it or not, there are height restrictions at DisneyQuest, and here is the
countdown: Cyberspace Mountain: 51 inches; Pirates of the Caribbean—Battle for
Buccaneer Gold: 35 inches; and Buzz Light-year's Astro Blasters: 51 inches.
No need to leave DisneyQuest when hunger strikes. Wonderland Cafe and
FoodQuest serve the usual fare, and once you are ready to leave, the exit is through
the obligatory gift shop.

complex. In March 2013 Disney announced the multiyear transformation of Down-
town Disney into Disney Springs. Upon completion in 2016 guests will be able to en-
joy more than 150 shops, restaurants, and other venues, including a waterfront prom-
enade. Disney Springs will be completed in phases, opening little by little over the
next years. The part of the former Pleasure Island situated near the lagoon will be-
come The Landing, whilethepartadjacenttotheparkinglotwillbeextendedandbe-
