My daughter absolutely LOVED the show! I saw it advertised on the Disney
Junior channel and didn't think it looked all that great, but in person it was
really fun. If you have preschoolers, this is a MUST!
Disney Junior
is the third iteration of the stage show since 2007. All three ver-
sions replaced live characters with puppets, a fact that has left some parents less than
thrilled. These comments from a Virginia Beach, Virginia, couple are typical:
We were disappointed. The show did not consist of live characters, and I
think the kids' level of excitement was lower because of this. The kids enjoyed
it, but you would think they would be more excited when the show has some
of their favorite characters
.
The show is staged in a huge building to the right of the Animation Tour. Show
up at least 25 minutes before showtime. Once inside, pick a spot on the floor and take
a breather until the performance begins.

A “GREAT” TIME FOR A REDO
The Great Movie Ride is in need of updating, but
whattoupdateitwithwasthebigquestion. TheImagineers thoughtthey'dfinally hitupon
an idea: replace all of the non-Disney content currently on display with scenes from all of
thegreatfranchisesDisneyhasacquiredoverthepastdecade—suchasPixar,theMuppets,
Star Wars
, and
Iron Man
. The one hitch in this plan is that Universal has an exclusive on
