Join Ellen DeGeneres and Bill Nye the Science Guy, who star in this 26-minute
presentation about energy. Visitors are seated in what appears to be an ordinary theat-
er. After a short film, the theater seats divide into six 97-passenger traveling cars that
glide among swamps and through a prehistoric forest full of animatronic dinosaurs.
The ride is smooth, though some children are frightened by the dinosaurs. The dia-
logue between DeGeneres and Nye is humorous and upbeat, but the script was written
almost 20 years ago—so don't expect to hear calls to action on climate change or car-
bon footprints, or much more than a passing reference to alternative energy sources.
