In-Depth Information
puter terminals throughout the parks where you can make reservations; we've listed
the specific locations in each theme park's chapter. Each set of terminals—look for

If you're tech-challenged, not to worry: You can use a paper Fast-Pass+ form,
sort of like a cafeteria menu, that lets you tick off checkboxes next to the rides you
want to experience. A cast member will take your form and enter your selections in-
to the kiosk for you. You'll still need to provide your MDE username and password,
however. Be aware that the number of kiosks is limited, and most locations can pro-
cess reservations for no more than 150 people per hour.
BOB You'll be notified of any issues with FastPass+ reservations through
the My Disney Experience mobile app.
RETURNING TO RIDE Each FastPass+ reservation lasts for an hour, and Disney offi-
cially enforces the ride return time. Thus, if you make a FastPass+ reservation to ride
Space Mountain at 7:30 p.m., you have until 8:30 a.m. to either use it or change it
to something else. Your FastPass+ may be canceled if you don't show up on time;
in practice, however, we've found you can usually be up to 5 minutes early or 15
minutes late to use your reservation.
When you return to Space Mountain at the designated time, you'll be directed
to a FASTPASS+ RETURN line. Before you enter the line, you'll need to validate
your reservation by touching your MagicBand or RFID ticket to a reader at the
FastPass+ Return entrance. Then you'll proceed with minimal waiting to the attrac-
tion's preshow or boarding area.
