THE HILTON IS THE ONLY HOTEL
in the Downtown Disney Resort Area
(DDRA) that offers Disney's Extra Magic Hours program to its guests. Although the
resort fees are outrageous and the decor is dated, the rooms are comfortable and nicer
than some others in the DDRA. On-site dining includes Covington Mill Restaurant,
offering sandwiches and pasta; Andiamo, an Italian bistro; and Benihana, a Japan-
ese steak-house and sushi bar. Covington Mill hosts a Disney-character breakfast on
Sundays. The two pools are matched with a children's “spray pool” and a 24-hour fit-
ness center. An exercise room and a game room are on-site, as is a 24-hour market.
Babysitting is available, but there are no organized children's programs.

THE HILTON BONNET CREEK
is one of our favorite non-Disney hotels in Lake
Buena Vista, and the value for the money beats anything in Disney's Deluxe category.
Behind Disney's Caribbean Beach and Pop Century Resorts, this Hilton is much nicer
than the one in the Downtown Disney Resort Area.
Standard rooms measure around 414 square feet and have either one king bed or
two queen beds. The beds' mattresses and linens are very comfortable. Other features
include a 37-inch flat-panel TV, a spacious work desk, an armoire, a small reading
