Café Guarany
Established in 1933, the amazing Café Guarany is located in the center of the city, only two
blocks away from the Hotel Infante Sagres. It has always been known as the musicians' coffee
shop. The café restaurant consists of one large room with multiple seating areas for diners.
One some nights, patrons can enjoy live Fado music or energetic Cuban musical acts.
Upon arrival, the friendly wait staff may offer White Port and show visitors how to properly
drink it. Highlights included the codfish, filet mignon and their version of the Francesinha
topped with shrimp.
Café Guarany is open daily from 9 a.m. to midnight.
