On the left-hand side of the
Export OBJ
window (refer to the following
screenshot), select the following options:

Include Edges
°
Include UVs
°
Write Materials
°
Triangulate Faces
°
Polygroups
°
Objects as OBJ Objects
°
Objects as OBJ Groups
3. Provide a file name and path to save your OBJ file and you are done.
Two files will be generated, one an OBJ file and the other an
MTL file. The OBJ file contains the geometry information and
the MTL file contains the material information.
Note that we have selected the
Triangulate Faces
option. This will split each polygon
into a set of three vertices.
