Sample Syllabus
(Lastly, provide a sample syllabus if possible to bring the coursework to life.
Integrate Web portfolios into an existing course which might require students
to post a Web portfolio of class assignments. Or develop an exclusive e-
portfolio course which can be used across disciplines to help students get a live
Web portfolio. An exclusive technology course on Web portfolio development
can be written to fit the specific curriculum offerings of academic areas such as
Information science, computer science, or digital arts. Or the Web portfolio
course can be added as a campus-wide, free elective. The curriculum pro-
cesses and requirements of your particular institution will dictate placement of
a developed course.)
