Not every image needs to have the maximum shadow and highlight detail,
though. Some images, such as low contrast images like a foggy landscape , would not
benefit from both of these adjustments. I'll cover these types of images later, but for
now it's good to know how to verify that your image isn't going beyond the limits of
what you can display or print.
