You may want to resize the whole costume. To do so, perform the following steps:
1.
Click on the
Select
tool buton, and draw a doted blue rectangle around the
whole costume.
2.
The selected costume should be inside a white box.
3.
Click on any of the corners of the white box to see a double-arrowed icon for resizing.
