Kids Between 8 and 88
Kids who are eight or older are tall enough, old enough, and mature enough to enjoy all of
Disney World's rides and entertainment. Unfortunately, they may be getting too old to be
swept up in the magic of breakfast with Cinderella inside the Castle. Most remain happy to
participate, if for no other reason than it makes mom happy.
With just one planned trip, consider waiting until the kids are around this age. Returning
guests that begin visiting when their kids are younger enjoy the widest range of experiences
over many years. Cherish the memories of their first visit with Mickey Mouse and look
forward to pretending you're not afraid when junior first starts begging to ride Expedition
Everest.

varying ages enjoy different things. This is not unique to Disney World. At home, young
kids may like playing with Legos, while older kids have moved on to the Xbox and Play-
station 4. At Disney World, kids may occasionally want to or need to split up in order to ex-
perience certain attractions. Disney has made this relatively easy by building playgrounds
and diversions aimed at younger kids in close proximity to the thrillers. Here are a few oth-
er ideas:
