restaurant with a playful boardwalk theme. Specialties include the excellent Potato-
wrapped Red Snapper and Char-crusted Angus New York Strip Steak which can be ordered
together as part of an entrée duo. Seafood and salads featuring Florida produce are other-
wise highlighted at this restaurant with a more discerning eye for detail than most. Kids'
choices include fish sticks, grilled cheese, and steak skewers. While expensive, the fresh,
high ingredient quality and seasonal menu changes keep locals and vacationers alike re-

the number of Italian restaurants in the area to four. The menu focuses on Italian classics
like fried calamari, shaved Italian carved meats, baked lasagna, and chicken breast alla par-
migiana, in addition to T-bone steak Florentine and innovative pizzas like the one topped
with fennel sausage, salame piccante, and house pickled peppers. Breakfast includes some
unique touches like waffles with whipped tiramisu mascarpone and cocoa powder or Frit-

OVERVIEW While not a destination restaurant by any stretch of the imagination, Shutters has
improved significantly recently with the arrival of a fantastic chef from the Disney Cruise
Line. A pastel-pink dining room lined with sea-green shutters invites guests inside the res-
taurant that offers a menu heavy on steak, pork, and chicken. The Caesar Salad with Corn-
bread Croutons and Barbecue Pork Brisket are best alongside one of the unique rum flights.
Kids may enjoy chicken nuggets, pasta, fish, cheese pizza, or grilled chicken or steak.
