WHAT TO EXPECT A groundbreaking attraction when it originally opened at Disneyland in
the early 60s, the Enchanted Tiki Room entertains with singing Animatronic birds. Today
it feels quaint—kids don't enjoy it a lot, and while adults are charmed, it's not a priority.
Many Disney fans love it because of its history, but it's ultimately skippable for those im-
mune to nostalgia. SCARY FACTOR Not much—just a bit of thunder and lightning.
WHEN TO GO Anytime attraction. See it when waits are long at other rides, or you need to get
out of the weather. EXPECT TO WAIT 10-15 minutes for the next show. LENGTH 10 minutes.
WHERE TO SIT Sit in the last row, towards the center.

Jungle Cruise

WHAT TO EXPECT This boat ride takes you through areas themed as several of the world's
great rivers, inhabited by Audio-Animatronic people and animals. Your (human) skipper
guides the tour, making corny jokes and telling silly puns along the way. The effects are
dated, but the skipper can make the ride so much fun that it's not to be missed. SCARY
FACTOR Low. There is a short section in dark ruins, but that's it.
WHEN TO GO First two or last two hours of operation, or with FastPass+. EXPECT TO WAIT
35-70 minutes in the afternoon. LENGTH 10 minutes. WHERE TO SIT Anywhere along the
edge of the boat—avoid the interior seats.

Magic Carpets of Aladdin

Skippable but fun. EMH Evening. FP+ Yes. Low priority. TYPE Spinning ride.

WHAT TO EXPECT This slow-loading, low capacity ride raises four-person magic-carpet
themed vehicles and then spins riders in the air over Adventureland. You can control how
high you go. The ride is fun and offers some spectacular views, but most guests won't want
to spend more than a few minutes waiting. SCARY FACTOR Low. CAN WE HANDLE IT? Motion
sickness is rarely an issue. A camel may spit water in your general direction.
WHEN TO GO Anytime attraction. See it when waits are long at other rides, or you simply
