Introducing Web Forms
You meet with Alice to discuss the proposed survey page for the Red Ball Pizza Web site.
She already has created the Web page containing the company logo, header text, and
footer. You'll open her file now.
To open the survey form page:

In your text editor, open
surveytxt.htm
from the tutorial.06\tutorial folder. Enter
your name
and
the date
in the comment section. Save the file as
survey.htm
.

2.
Review the
survey.htm
file in your text editor to become familiar with its content
and structure.

3.
Open
survey.htm
in your Web browser. The initial page is shown in Figure 6-1.
