You can see here, in this case, the Spot
Healing Brush did a good job. I tried all
our different techniques on that pole—
everything from the Patch tool with and
without Content-Aware, to the regular
old Content-Aware Fill from the Fill dia-
log—but for this particular image, the
Spot Healing Brush just seemed to work
the best. In fact, it worked so well that
as soon as the pole was gone, I took it
and painted right over those signs on the
lower-left side of the image, and in two
seconds they were gone—it filled in the
dirt almost perfectly, as if they were
never there. Before and After images
