Located just off the highway and only a short walk to the ever-watching eyes of the
Kyaik Pun Paya, it offers A-frame cabin-like rooms, a murky small pool and - a big plus

erty has environmentally friendly features such as no air-conditioning in the airy 50ft
ceiling rooms of the main building. Run by an overseas-educated Myanmar woman, it
also features an excellent restaurant - worth visiting in its own right - serving delicious
Burmese food, including local specialities such as
pazun chin
(pickled prawn salad).
