Log in to the Final Cut Server client application as administrator, and open the
Administration window.
At left, click Response, and then click the Create (+) button to add a new response.

In the Response window, choose Scan from the Response Action pop-up menu
at the top; and in the Name and Description fields, enter
Evergreen - Full Scan

On the left, choose Scan, and choose or enter the following values:
Scan Source (the device to be cataloged):
Evergreen
Metadata Set: Media
Scan Mode (type of scan): Full
Entity Type (type of asset to catalog): File
Video Frame Rate (if it is a video asset): Auto
Recursion Limit (how many subdirectories to include, 0=infinite): 0
Wildcard Include Filter (the file extensions to pick up): *.mov
Wildcard Exclude Filter (the file extensions to ignore): .* and Thumbs.db.
For the filters, enter the value in the field, and then click Add. To remove a
filter, select the filter in the list, and then click Remove.
