In the Fields area, in the Available list on the right, select the iPhone Local, iPhone
Xsan, and iPhone FTP metadata fields, and click Add to move them to the Selected
list on the left. To see your newly added fields in the Selected list, you need to scroll
down. Click Save Changes when finished.

Now that you've associated your fields with the Asset Filter metadata group, you're
able to trigger automations using metadata subscriptions. Let's set one up in the
System Preferences pane.

Open System Preferences, click the Final Cut Server icon, and authenticate.

Click the Automations tab along the top, and then click the Add (+) button in the
lower left to create a new automation. Click the Metadata Subscription button and
click Continue.

For Automation name, enter iPhone FTP Delivery Subscription . Under Watch, leave
Assets enabled, and under Metadata from the first pop-up choose iPhone FTP. From
the second pop-up, choose Changes. Click the Add (+) button on the far right to
add new criteria, and from the pop-up choose iPhone FTP. From the second pop-up,
choose Matches, and from the last pop-up, choose True. Click Continue.
