Now you will select the new FCSvr folder as the destination for primary representa-
tions, edit proxies, and versions.

log, ensure that the FCSvr folder is selected, and then click Open.
NOTE
In a typical installation, these two devices will be set to different volumes.
The Production Media Location should be large, expandable, fast, and redundant.
Although the standard proxies (not including edit proxies) are relatively small com-
pared to primary representations, the proxies device will get a workout. All users will
be constantly accessing this device. Fast and redundant with room to grow is desired
here as well.

If provided by your instructor, enter the non-authenticating SMTP server for the net-
work into the Outgoing Mail Server field; otherwise, leave it blank.
