Click the Add (+) button in the lower-left corner, and choose the execproducer group.
This group will now show up under the admin group, but with the same permis-
sions as admin. Under the Permission Set column for the execproducer group, choose
ExecProducer Review from the pop-up menu.

Under Permission Set for the producer group, choose reviewer from the pop-up menu.

Under Permission Set for the editors group, choose editor from the pop-up menu.
Now that you've applied the proper permission sets to your producer, executive pro-
ducer, and editor users, they will be able to see only the assets in Final Cut Server that
apply to their permission set. This prevents groups of users from seeing content that
might confuse them during the Review and Approve process.

Approve Workflow
In the previous exercises, you modified the default Review and Approve template to better
fit your review workflow. Now that you have everything configured, you'll step through
the workflow as each person and highlight how this would look in a day-to-day Review
and Approve workflow. Of course, your workflow will likely be different, but this exercise
should give you a starting point for customizing Final Cut Server to fit your workflow.
