sion set to open its settings.

Click Asset Filter in the left pane to open the Asset Filter pane. You modified the Asset
Filter in an earlier lesson to customize your advanced search, and you can see here
that the same metadata group is used in permission sets.
From the Status pop-up menu, choose Contains, and in the text-entry field, type
Ready for Producer Review . Click Save Changes. This permission set will allow a user
to see only assets that are marked as “Ready for Producer Review.”
4
Back in the Permission Set pane of the Administration window, select reviewer and
click the Duplicate button.
5
6
Double-click the duplicate of reviewer that is created, and change the name to
ExecProducer Review .
Click Asset Filter in the list on the left, and change the Status pop-up menu to Contains.
In the text-entry field, enter Ready for Executive Producer Review . Click Save Changes
when you're finished.

Now that you've modified your permission sets to suit your Review and Approve
workflow, you have to apply them to the groups you created earlier in the lesson.
Bring the Final Cut Server preferences pane back to the front, and click the Group
Permissions tab at the top. Notice that right now you have only one permission set in
use for the admin user.
