In the Administration window, choose Metadata Group from the list on the left, enter
review in the search field, and click Search. Double-click the Review & Approve meta-
data group whose metadata group ID is PA_GRP_ASSET_APPROVAL.

NOTE In Final Cut Server, you will often have database entities with the same
names, so it's important to look for entities that exactly match what you intend to
change.
The Review & Approve (Custom Metadata) window opens. You'll now add the fields
you configured in the previous steps in the Review & Approve metadata template.

In the list of Available fields on the right, click the Producer's Comments (Custom
Metadata) field and click Add to move it to the list of Selected fields on the left. With
the field highlighted on the left, click the Up button to move it directly under the
“Editor's comments (Custom Metadata)” item.
Choose Executive Producer's Comments (Custom Metadata) from the list of Available
fields on the right, and click Add to move it the list of Selected fields on the left.

With Executive Producer's Comments (Custom Metadata) highlighted in the Selected
fields list, click Up to move it directly under the Producer's Comments (Custom
Metadata) field. Both of the fields you created earlier are now available for metadata
entry in the Review & Approve pane in each asset.
Click Required Reviewers. The Field Properties area appears below the Selected and
Available lists. From the Field Lookup pop-up menu, choose Required Rev iewers,
the lookup you made earlier in the lesson. Also, under Field Properties, remove the
entries for Width and Rows and leave them blank, and deselect Multiline. Associating
the Required Reviewers lookup with the “Required reviewers” metadata field will make
your pop-up menu available on the Review & Approve tab.
