Under Project Metadata, choose Project in the Metadata Set pop-up menu.

The Project Metadata Set value determines which metadata will be given to the
Final Cut Pro Project asset. Add some descriptive metadata, as shown in the follow-
ing figure.
Select the Versioning metadata group, and check that the “Store and track versions
of this asset” checkbox is selected.

Click the Linked Media Metadata tab. This will set the Metadata Set for all the assets
contained in the Final Cut Pro project. Add some descriptive metadata.
