Happily, Contacts knows how to deal with envelopes, and it offers all kinds of envelope-related bells and
whistles to give you complete control over the look and configuration of both the recipient's address and your
return address.
Follow these steps to print an envelope for a contact:
1. Navigate to the contact for whom you want to create the envelope.
2. Choose File Print. You can also press +P. The Print dialog appears.
3. Choose the printer you want to use from the Printer list.
4. Click Show Details to expand the Print dialog.
5. From the Style list, choose Envelopes, as shown in Figure 4.10.
If you're sending the envelope out of the country, you need to include the country in the recipient's address. To do
this, select the Label tab's Country check box. If this is business correspondence, you should also select the Company
check box, and choose the for both option in the list.
6. Use the controls in the Label tab to configure the return address and contact address labels.
7. In the Layout tab, use the Layout list to select the type of envelope you're using.
