Whenworkingwithascrollableframe,selectUpperLeftforInitialContent
Position in the Folio Overlays panel to ensure that the scrollable content al-
ways starts in the upper-left corner, regardless of the content's position in
the document. To retain the position in the document itself as the starting
point for the scrollable frame, select Use Document Position.

Choose Vertical from the Scroll Direction menu.
