Exporting an interactive Adobe PDF file
Now that you've finished work on the form fields, you're ready to export an interactive
Adobe PDF file, and then test the exported file.
1. Choose File > Export.
2. In the Export dialog box, choose Adobe PDF (Interactive) from the Save As Type
menu (Windows) or Format menu (Mac OS). Name the file 14_PDF_Form.pdf
and save it to the Lesson14 folder, located inside the Lessons folder within the
InDesignCIB folder on your hard drive. Click Save.
3. In the Export To Interactive PDF dialog box, select Pages and make sure that In-
clude All is selected for Forms And Media and that View After Exporting is selec-
ted. Leave all other settings unchanged. Click OK.
