Select the Type tool ( ), or double-click inside the table to automatically switch
to the Type tool.

In the first body row of the table, click immediately after “Survey of Studio Art.”

Choose Edit > Paste.

Click the Type tool after to “Video Production” and choose Edit > Paste. Video
Production is in the Communications department.

Click the Type tool after to “Web Content Development” and choose Edit > Paste.
Web Content Development is in the Computers department.
In addition to pasting a graphic at the text insertion point, you can choose File >
Place to import a graphic file and simultaneously anchor it within a table cell.
9.
Choose File > Save.
