The getLocales() method returns an enumeration containing the client's most preferred
Locale objects. getLocales() has no parameters and throws no exceptions.

The getParameter() method returns the value of the requested parameter. If the parameter has
or could have more than one value, use the getParameterValues() method. getParameter()
throws no exceptions.

The getParameterNames() method returns an enumeration of strings representing the parame-
ter names for this request. getParameterNames() has no parameters and throws no exceptions.

The getParameterValues() Method
public java.lang.String[] getParameterValues(java.lang.String name)
The getParameterValues() method returns an array of strings representing all values for the
named parameter in the current request. getParameterValues() throws no exceptions.
