With each extrusion, rotate, scale, and translate the extruded face to form the shape of arms. After the
second time extruding, scale to zero along the x-axis to flatten the face. You can select edge loops along
the arms to do further tweaking by holding down the Alt key (or the Option key on a Mac) while right-
clicking one of the edges of the loop, as shown in
Figure 14-9

Press 3 on the number pad to change the angle to Side view. Select all vertices with the A key and
scale slightly along the y-axis to slim the character as shown in
Figure 14-10
