Another thing you can do is to export the video and use it as an alpha overlay in the Sequence Editor. You
can see how to do this in Chapter 5, “Getting Flexible with Soft Bodies and Cloth.” If you render the image to
anoutputandplantousethealphavalues,makesurethatyourendertoaformatthatcanrepresentalphavalues,
such as PNG (
.png
) or Targa (
.tga
). Also make sure that you have selected RGBA output in the Format tab
of the Render buttons area, rather than the default RGB, which does not encode alpha information.
