7. Next, you have to bake your texture. Baking is a process of generating a new 2D texture from a 3D
scene. This first bake will involve using your metal texture's wrapping around the 3D object to create
a new texture on the same object. Do this now by going to the Render properties area, setting the Bake
Mode value in the Bake panel to Textures, and clicking the Bake button, as shown in Figure 2-37 .
