Step 13:
Click-and-hold on the dialog's main
section pop-up menu, and choose Printer
Settings (as shown here). By the way, the
part of this dialog that controls printer
color management, and your pop-up menu
choices, may be different depending on
your printer, so if it doesn't look exactly
like this, don't freak out. On a PC, click on
the Properties button next to the Printer
Name pop-up menu to locate it instead.
Step 14:
When the Printer Settings options appear,
under Color Mode, your printer's color
management will probably be turned on.
Since you're having Lightroom manage
your color, you don't want the printer
also trying to manage your color, because
when the two color management systems
start both trying to manage your color,
nobody wins. So, choose Off (No Color
Management) from the pop-up menu
(as shown here). On a PC (this may be
different, depending on your printer), in
the Media Settings section, under Mode,
click the Custom radio button and choose
Off (No Color Adjustment) from the
pop-up menu.
