using Quick Look. The Quick Look window will load the site, looking like a
stripped-down version of Safari. Once you've finished reading, click the next
web location file (or use the Left/Right cursor keys to move between the web
location files). This will then open in the Quick Look window. Keep going until
you've finished, and then hit SPACE to close the Quick Look window.

Create a New Folder Anywhere
Want to create a new folder? Just hit SHIFT + COMMAND + N . This will work on the
desktop, in a Finder window, in a Save As dialog box, and even within a File
Open dialog box. In short, practically anywhere you come into contact with
files, it should work, with the exception of File Open/Save dialog boxes
showing iCloud files—see Tip 13, Create iCloud Folders , on page 25 .
Tip 397
Grab Files from FTP Servers Using Finder
Finder includes basic FTP accessing functionality. You can browse files and
folders on an FTP server and download them, but you can't upload files. For
that you'll need to use a third-party FTP client. SFTP isn't supported either.
To connect to an FTP server, open a Finder window, and click Go→Connect
to Server. In the dialog box that appears, type FTP:// followed by the address
into the Server Address field. For example, to connect to the server at
FTP.EXAMPLE.COM , I would type the following:
FTP://FTP.EXAMPLE.COM
Then click the Connect button. You'll be prompted for your username and
password once you've connected. The protocol to log into public FTP servers
is usually to specify ANONYMOUS as the username and then provide your email
address as the password.
To disconnect from the server, click the eject icon alongside the FTP server's
entry under the Shared heading in Finder's sidebar.
