experiment to see what you can achieve. Don't drag any of the other

6.
Repeat this step with the other three images by selecting them and
applying the same tweak so they're all the same color.
7.
Once you've finished editing the images, save all the files by quitting
Preview. Then find the files you edited on the desktop, and click and drag
them onto the Finder window showing the contents of the Dock program
you opened in step 1. You'll initially be told via a dialog box that the items
can't be moved, but clicking the Authenticate button will override this.
However, you'll need to enter your password when prompted. You'll also
be told that you're going to overwrite the existing files, but this is fine, so
click the Replace button.

Log out and back in again for the changes to take effect.
To restore things to the way they were (that is, to go back to the original blue
highlights in Mission Control), repeat the instructions in step 1 to browse the
contents of the RESOURCES folder within the Dock application package, and drag
and drop the backups of the original files you created in step 2 to the Finder
window. Again, you'll need to authenticate by entering your password. Log
out and back in again for the changes to take effect.
Tip 242
Fix Broken Passwords
You Mac will offer to remember login details for applications and websites
(see Tip 187, Find Forgotten Passwords , on page 212 ). However, you might find
that passwords no longer automatically appear when you're logging into
websites or that the passwords somehow become corrupted so they're no
longer accepted. Here's how to try to fix that.
Repairing the Keychain
Start the Keychain Access utility (open Finder, select the Applications list,
and then double-click Keychain Access in the UTILITIES folder), and click Keychain
First Aid on the application menu.
