Choose Window a Timeline. Three panels have landscape orienta-
tion: Mini Bridge, Timeline, and Measurement Log. The first two
appear by default along the lower edge of the UI.
Recalling Workspaces
Workspaces allow you to save and quickly restore panel locations, states, and
sizes plus keyboard shortcuts and/or alterations made to the menus. Photoshop
comes with several default workspaces that are preconfigured for a variety of
tasks. Let's compare a few default workspaces.

Click the word Essentials on the options bar to see all the workspaces
listed in the drop-down menu. Choose Reset Essentials.

Select the Typography workspace on the options bar. The Character
and Paragraph panels are important in web or graphic design
because they fine-tune how text appears (you'll learn more about
these in Chapter 6).
