Open the Adjustments panel and select the Hue/Saturation icon
.
The selection automatically becomes a layer mask (switch to the
Layers panel to see this). In the Properties panel, select Colorize and
drag the Hue slider into the blue region at 239. Set Saturation to 50
and Lightness to -36 (see Figure 10.19).
