Select the Custom Shape tool and then select green solid color fill.
Open the Custom Shape Picker drop-down, open the picker menu,
select Shapes, and click OK. Select the crescent moon icon, position
the cursor at the intersection of guides, hold down Shift+Opt, and
drag out a moon shape that is approximately 20% in height as mea-
sured along the vertical ruler (see Figure 10.12).
