Toggle off the Linework layer. Cmd+click the Dividers layer thumbnail
to select everything on this layer. Choose Select a Modify a Expand
and click OK in the Expand Selection dialog box to accept the value of
1 pixel. Press Opt+Delete to fill the selection with the foreground color
(black) and Cmd+D to deselect all.

Right-click the eye icon on the Dividers layer and choose Show/
Hide All Other Layers from the context menu. Double-click just to
the right of the word
Dividers
in the Layers panel to open the Layer
Style dialog box.

Select Pattern Overlay and open the pattern picker. Open the menu
on the pattern picker, select Colored Paper, and click OK when
asked whether you want to replace the current patterns. Select Buff
Textured (see Figure 9.20).

We don't want the color from this texture, just the pattern. Set Blend
Mode to Luminosity and drag the Opacity slider to 70%. Select Color
