selecting by Color
In addition to all the other selection methods you've learned, you can select by
color. You can control how much color is selected using the Color Range dialog
box or the Magic Wand tool, both of which you will use in the following steps.

Choose Select a Color Range. In the Color Range dialog box, select
the Add To Sample mode (the eyedropper icon with a plus sign) and
drag across the base of the largest windmill from point A to point B
to increase the range of colors that are selected. Drag Fuzziness to 37
and Range to 100 (see Figure 7.19). Click OK.
Choose Skin tones
from the Select
menu and/or check
detect Faces when
using Color range
on people.
